Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

• delivery of required materials

Priority or accelerated delivery services may require additional fees.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

• required content and materials
• timely feedback and approvals

Delays in communication or content delivery may affect project timelines.

Payments

Unless otherwise agreed:

• deposits may be required before work begins
• final files or launches may be withheld until payment is completed

Refunds

Due to the custom nature of digital services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• clients retain ownership of their final approved deliverables upon full payment
• Alte Builder Italy may display completed work in portfolios, presentations, or promotional materials

Third Party Services

Projects may include third party tools or services such as hosting providers, payment platforms, booking systems, APIs, or external software.

We are not responsible for:

• third party outages
• policy changes
• pricing changes
• service interruptions outside our control

Limitation of Liability

Alte Builder Italy shall not be held liable for:
